We accept STL, 3MF, STEP, and OBJ files. If you have a different format or just a sketch/idea, reach out — we can work with almost anything and offer design assistance to get your project print-ready.
Most projects are quoted within 24 hours and printed within 2–5 business days depending on complexity, size, and queue. Rush orders are available — just let us know when you reach out.
Our build volume is 256 × 256 × 256mm. For larger objects, we can split the design into multiple parts and assemble them — just ask and we'll advise on the best approach.
We use an Automatic Material System (AMS) that can handle up to 16 colors in a single print run. No painting, no assembly — the colors are printed directly into the object.
It depends on your use case. PLA is great for display pieces and prototypes. PETG for durability. TPU for flexibility. PA6-CF for maximum strength. Not sure? Tell us what you're making and we'll recommend the perfect match.
Currently we ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll work something out.
